Per the Remington Golf Course as well as Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Those people not immediately playing a paid round of golf should not be on the course, cart paths or along the course side of the ponds/lakes. It is for your personal safety to remain away from those areas. If you are not a paid golfer on the course and are on a residents property looking for golf balls it is Trespassing. It is also illegal to fish at any pond/lake within Remington per FWC/CDD/Remington Golf Course. Those found doing any of the above will be subject to various fines and legal charges. Anyone who continues to violate the above can be charged with Criminal Trespass from the Golf Course and a residents property. Please remember the Remington Golf Course is open to the public to play on but is still Private Property as a business entity. Those that decide to not follow the rules/laws for private business and laws for private residential property can be charged with Trespassing and Theft(if picking golf balls from the lakes or around peoples homes).
