To increase value and curb appeal to the RMHOA Community we are enforcing the following as violations according to the HOA governing documents.
· Vehicles parked on the grass are in violation and this is being heavily enforced. It ruins the landscaping and decreases value. A number of homeowners have already received violations for this, and we will continue to hand out violations.
· Trash and recycle bins are not to be stored in the driveway or at any point on the front of the home. You may store them on the side of the house, in the garage, or in the backyard. It is unsightly to have these large bins in front of the garage or in the walkway to the front door. Several violations for this have also been handed out. Trash is picked up every Friday and recycling days are every Thursday each week. Once trash and recycling have been collected, please remove the empty bins from the driveway and store them properly.
· Landscaping maintenance is a constant in Florida, especially during the summer rainy season. However, you must keep your lawn properly maintained. This means regular lawn mowing, weeding, and tree maintenance. Nicer landscaping raises value and curb appeal for all of us.
· Clean driveways and sidewalks also increase curb appeal. Please pressure wash your driveways and sidewalks to remove mold, oil stains, dirt, and any other markings. Concrete should be clean without black stripes or stains from vehicles, and sidewalks should be free of mold and other dirt. This is also a safety issue, as moldy sidewalks can become slippery when wet and create a hazard for pedestrians.
