YOU MUST RECEIVE ARB APPROVAL PRIOR TO STARTING ANY EXTERIOR PROJECT. BUILDING or MAJOR LANDSCAPING
SPECIFICATIONS: All exterior additions or improvements to the LOT must be approved by the ARB. Please attach the following: copies of plans, drawings with dimensions, pictures, colors and a copy of the property with approximate location of the changes. All requests must comply with the Covenants and Deed Restrictions and must conform to all local zoning and building regulations including necessary permits that you must obtained as required by local laws.
Submit one ARB Application for each project (Fence, Painting, Windows etc.). Additions are considered ONE PROJECT; include and submit all details of the addition (Building, roof, paint etc.) on ONE ARB application form. Incomplete or incorrect information will result in delays or possible denials.
Once Approved you have 90 days to complete your project and report your project completion to the HOA unless otherwise noted.
